Water utility Payment changes

Total Water Management is undergoing water utility billing changes.

Please carefully review the list of changes:

1. Changes effective August 25^th
2. The TWM office will no longer have a “night drop”.
3. Payments must be mailed:
   1. NEW mailing address: effective August 25^th

4. Monthly water utility payments may also be processed through the website and/or the toll-free bill payment telephone number listed on your utility bill. Website is also listed on your utility bill.
5. If you have any billing inquiries please call, 817-599-0511 (leave a message).
6. TOTAL WATER MANAGEMENT does NOT maintain office hours. All phone messages left on the answering service will be returned within 1-2 business days (sometimes the same day).
